Project outsourcing

We know the importance of managing the process in a development project from day one.
Therefore, we use our Stage Gate model in development projects of varying complexity and size.
It is essential to support both the creative phase and the final specification of the product or machine under development. Therefore, we always prepare a Design basis that is continuously updated throughout the Stage Gate model.
