Kirkholm is an engineering company that specializes in mechanical solutions. Since 2000, we have been providing specialized consulting and intelligent solutions to the industry. We work on both a consultant and project basis from our own offices, just as we are an integral part of our customers' locations.

We primarily solve tasks for Danish industrial companies, and we work across industries. We can because of our extensive and in-depth knowledge of mechanical engineering. Our biggest focus is on creating added value for our customers - we do this first and foremost by listening, understanding and sparring. The dialogue is crucial to be able to deliver high quality and the right solution that makes a difference for the individual customer.
Our employees, their knowledge and competencies are what create Kirkholm. We are constantly striving to get better, develop and challenge ourselves to become an even stronger sparring partner. In addition, we collaborate with several educational institutions, where we share our knowledge. In this way, we help to give the engineers of the future the best conditions.
We cover the whole country with three departments in Skanderborg, Hørsholm and Fredericia.

In Kirkholm, we work with competency groups that are affiliated with our six specialties. All our employees are members of a competence group. Anchoring knowledge in the competence groups ensures that all employees are constantly becoming more skilled.
We use each other for sparring, knowledge sharing and development. Our focus is to educate and improve our skills both professionally and methodically. In this way, we ensure that we always know and work according to relevant standards, and that we maintain a high level of quality and knowledge in the execution of tasks.

At Kirkholm, we are constantly trying to expand our horizons and get involved. We believe that we have a responsibility for knowledge and people. That is why it is important for us to look both inwards and outwards in order to maintain a healthy business that also makes sense - for us and for the world around us.
EDUCATION = THE ENGINEERS OF THE FUTURE
We place great emphasis on education and on securing the engineers of the future. That is why we collaborate with Aarhus University, the Technical University of Denmark and VIA University College. Here, some of our employees work as teachers and censors in a number of subjects in the mechanical engineering program. It is both good for the engineers in training - and good for us. While the students get competent and passionate teachers, we become stronger in our professionalism.
In Kirkholm, we always have interns who are in the process of their studies. We have this because we can contribute knowledge and concrete tasks that are relevant to an engineering student. We make something of the fact that our trainees will be included as an integral part of Kirkholm and get to try their hand at as many aspects of the engineering profession as possible.

Kirkholm is a partner in Engineer the future, which is an alliance of a wide range of Danish educational institutions, organizations and companies within the world of technology and engineering. The purpose of Engineer the future is to strengthen the recognition of professional groups within technological development.
In addition, the goal is to ensure that in the future there will be even more with knowledge in the technical and scientific field. As a partner in Engineer the Future, Kirkholm supports the promotion of engineering science.
